STRAWBERRY ICE

INGREDIENTS 

• 120 ml orange juice
• 100g caster sugar
• 2 cup pureed unsweetened strawberries

METHOD

Be sure the sugar has dissolved completely

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Taste the mixture and add more sugar or orange or lemon juice if required 

NB:The mixture should be highly flavoured.

Chill well,then transfer to an ice cream machine and freeze until firm.
